Fadmin Plugins



Fadmin plugin subsystem

Fadmin has own plugin support subsystem. Plugins can be integrated in Fadmin user interface (as separated tab as example) or plugin functions can be called from plugin directly.

Plugins placement

Fadmin search own plugins in following folders (search started always from Fadmin installation folder):
..\Archview - archive support plugins *.FMT and CustArch.dll (sub-folders not scanned!)
..\Editor - editor and viewer plugins *.EVP (sub-folders not scanned!)
..\Plugins - all Fadmin plugins (sub-folders scanned too)
..\WLX - Total Commander plugins placement (another location can be specified in Settings Dialog)

Some Fadmin plugins description

LAN browser
Allow browse LAN resources (computers, shares) and get access to available shares as folder

Image viewer
Allow view over 100 image formats (JPG,GIF,PNG,ICO,BMP etc..) via using XnView interface library. Also support image fit to window, view image in "Quick View" panel, select next or previos image in folder.

FTP client
Allow work with more than 40 FTP servers as with local files or folders. Copy/Move/Delete/View operations for files are enabled.

RTF editor
Simple internal RTF editor.

File diff
Check differences between two text files.

Process list
Allow view all loaded processes.

Loaded DLLs list.
Allow view loaded by Fadmin DLLs and plugins

Services list
Allow view all services in system and change its activity.

TEMP drive
Temporary virtual (memory based) drive.

Windows shell commands
Minimize/maximize etc... Windows shell commands support

File check sums calculation
Allow calculate MD5,SHA1 etc file check sum.

MS Jet database viewer
Allow view any database files via using MS Jet Database Engine (Excel,Access,DBase,Paradox)

Mail files coder/decoder (MIME & UUE)
Allow encode and decode MIME and UUE files.

Windows Common folders fast access
Allow fast change folder in active file panel to any Windows common folders ("My Documents" etc...)

Fast empty Recycle
Allow clear Recycle by one click.

Show Environment
View user environment variables in info panel.

Loaded libraries list
View loaded by Fadmin.exe libraries (DLLs) list (all system dlls and plugins too)

Media Player
View Windows Multimedia in separated Fadmin tab.

Net Drive
Map and unmap network drives.

Short system info
Show short system info in info panel.

Task list
Show list of tasks in system.
